These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or the “user”) and Animi-soft (“we”, “us”, or “our”), the developer of the CleanSpace mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.

You must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and be legally capable of entering into a binding contract, to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us and our licensors.

CleanSpace is an on-device storage cleaner. It helps you find duplicate and similar photos, blurry shots, large and repeated videos, old screenshots, and duplicate contacts, and it can compress videos and manage your library to free up space. All scanning and analysis run locally on your device using Apple’s own frameworks. We do not upload, collect, or transmit your photos, videos, or library to any server.

Scanning your library and previewing the results are free. Actual cleaning (deleting, merging, compressing) and certain premium tools require CleanSpace Pro. Non-Pro users receive a one-time free cleaning allowance; once it is used, continued cleaning requires a Pro subscription or the lifetime purchase. We may change the free allowance, the set of free features, and the price of Pro at any time, but any change to an active paid subscription will apply only to future billing periods.

CleanSpace Pro is offered as auto-renewable subscriptions (for example, weekly and yearly) and as a one-time lifetime purchase. All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple Account; we never receive or store your payment card details. For auto-renewable subscriptions:

The lifetime option is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks Pro features for the supported lifetime of the App on your Apple Account. It does not auto-renew. Lifetime access may be restored on your other eligible Apple devices using “Restore Purchases”.

The App does not currently offer a free trial. You may cancel an auto-renewable subscription at any time through your Apple Account settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period. Because all purchases are handled by Apple, refunds are subject to Apple’s policies and are requested through Apple, not through us. We do not control and cannot guarantee refunds.

You are solely responsible for reviewing your selections before deleting anything. When you delete items through the App, they are moved to the “Recently Deleted” album in the Photos app, where they can typically be recovered for 30 days, after which they are permanently removed by iOS. Files deleted from the file cleaner and items removed permanently may not be recoverable. We strongly recommend maintaining an independent backup of your data. We are not responsible for any loss of Content resulting from your use of the App.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and only on devices and accounts you own or are authorized to use. You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works of the App; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law; (c) use the App to violate any law or the rights of others; (d) interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems; or (e) remove or alter any proprietary notices.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how the App handles information. CleanSpace is private by design: scanning happens on your device and your Content is not uploaded to us. Please review the Privacy Policy for full details.

The App, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and the “CleanSpace” name, is owned by Animi-soft and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. Trademarks and product names of third parties (such as Apple and the App Store) are the property of their respective owners.

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and relies on services provided by Apple, including in-app purchase and subscription billing. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the App, and that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple is not responsible for the App or any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will detect every duplicate, similar, or unwanted item, or that it will meet your requirements. You use the App at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Animi-soft be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, photos, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us (if any) for the App in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or five US dollars (USD 5).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Animi-soft and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. You may stop using the App at any time and delete it from your device, which removes all App data from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or its features if you breach these Terms or misuse the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

We may add, change, or remove features of the App, or discontinue the App entirely, at any time and without liability, including through required or optional updates. Some features may require the latest version of the App or a compatible operating system.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence, you agree that the competent courts of Amman, Jordan will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be waived under applicable law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
